Come dressed in your best tracht (German outfit) and celebrate with us! Join German singers from all over the state as we celebrate the season.
Enjoy a catered Texas-German meal of brisket and sausage with sides, before kicking up your heels on the dance floor to music by the Seven Dutchmen Orchestra. They will be playing a mix of German favorites, C&W, swing, and whatever else they come up with!
After dinner our men’s and women’s choirs will perform a short concert of German songs.
Our historic bowling alley will be open. We will provide bowling shoes for your use, but socks are required. (No drinks allowed in bowling pit.)
NOTE: Scholz Garten will be running a CASH BAR (beer, wine, mixed drinks), so NO OUTSIDE LIQUOR will be allowed and members will have to purchase their drinks.
5:00 – Happy hour (members are encouraged to bring appetizers). Bowling alley and bier garten open for use.
6:00 – Dinner is served. Band begins to play.
7:45 – Austin Saengerrunde concert
10:00 – Party wraps up
